The definition of fitness is very subjective. If you are looking for an international definition of fitness in 100 words, here is what you find:

  • Eat a variety of food include protein and vegetables, fruits, nuts, little starch and avoid sugar. Keep the portion just enough for body usage but not to result in fat accumulation.
  • Excersice to train in all major lifts like squat,clean, deadlift, presses and snatch. At the same time, learn the basic gymnastics in rope climbing, push up, sit up, pirouette, flips, pull up, dips.: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch.tand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
  • Do these various workouts about 5 days a week without routine, keep the combination flexible, short and intense. Do learn new sports all the time.
